NC24/NC30

So i'm looking to buy a VFR400.
The NC30 seems to be most popular for parts so i'm going for one of those...
The dealerships near me only had a NC24 so I went to sit on it and the size felt good.
The question I have is:
Is the NC24 and the NC30 the same physical size?
Thanks in advance!

Pretty much. The 24 is more comfortable but parts are extremely difficult to obtain. Also, value. A lot of dealers will try and sell a 24 for the price of a 30. Realistically, even a mint 24 is not going to be worth more than about £800 in a private sale (a real shame IMO because they are a cracking bike and I do prefer them over the 30/35). You can pick up a decent 30 for between £1200 and £1500, the sort of price tag I've seen on 24s at dealers.

I own both, there isnt a great deal between them in terms of actual size. Rididing position might be a little different in terms of clip-ons and foot pegs and is subective to which is better, I find the 30 provides a nicer riding position but both can get a bit uncomfortable after a long ride (as will any sports-style bike)
NC24 seat height is 770mm and the NC30 is 755mm I think, so pretty much the same.
Seats are around the same size too, with perhaps the NC30 being slightly smaller but not by a great deal.
