Hi all
I've an NC30 1991 and really struggling with the reach of the clutch lever as its too far and also rather stiff, even though i've oiled it, so my fingers are aching immediately.
Any ideas where I can get an adjustable lever from that doesnt cost the earth or what other bike levers would fit mine?
Thank you
Debbie

HI not sure wat other levers mite fit could i ask if the clutch cable is free and working ok as it may be dragging or breaking up inside which would not help with the lever action ,also has the lever been removed and lightly greased this can help as some times the piviot bolt needs a good clean if the bike has been stood. It would be possible to fit a lever assembly from another bike possibly with aspan adjustment but the clutch switch wiring may need adapting. the only other thing that springs to mind has some may be fitted stronger clutch springs thx craig

o i maybe try ebay for bits

Hi Craig, thanks for replying. All the clutch, cable etc is all free, clean and working fine. Will have to keep hunting for a lever or lever and assembly :0)

failing that why not try the fake titax levers on ebay, i have a set 2 years on now, and there fine, anodising hasnt faded and the alloy hasnt discoloured etc, you can adjust the reach to help with the distance problems.
