All please could you give me some advice as I picked up an NC30 project and in the process of seeing things that have been modded one of which is the air filter. Please could you tell me what i need to do to maintain this filter?

Clean with warm soapy water, use an air line to clean out water dust etc, then imerse in engine oil ring out and refit
