hey all ,i would like to know if it`s possible to fit Honda vfr750r RC30 parts to a Honda vfr400r NC30, stuff like fairings and carbs . help will be appreciated

no, they are not even alike - but my question would be why you think sourcing RC30 parts would be easier and cheaper than the correct 400 parts ?

thanx for the info , the reason for this is that i`m staying in south africa and the vfr400`s parts are harder to find ,btw are there any other bikes that i might be able to get some parts from that will fit the nc30?

NC30's may be hard to find but i can assure you the RC30 will be 100x harder to find and prices of parts 10x more expensive.
some parts are interchangeable but fairings just buy chinese copies from ebay, by far the cheapest easiest route
carbs - NC30 or NC35 carbs only really.
