They'll be manufactured in China, but I imagine the customer (bikefairings.com.au) would have a stricter quality control policy than your average Chinese ebay seller.
Must admit it's a professional looking ebay ad/marketing angle. They also have a website:
http://www.bikefairings.com.au/
Being aftermarket they'll still probably take some fiddling to fit them up correctly.

It's another classic case of eBay not enforcing their own rules. I will guarantee that seller is actually in China or Hong Kong. He's not registered as a business so there's no easy way to tell. With business sellers they have to put their registered address so just look at contact info. The number of times I've seen stuff advertised as UK then scrolled down and clicked the contact info tab for it to come up with a Chinese address

I'm pretty sure this guy is located in Australia.
I'm betting the panels will be sent directly to the buyer from China.

Trust me to not buy this! I bought a fairing set for my rvf and its was absolutely shambolic ! It didn't fit at all, nothing lined up, the belly pan snapped under it's own weight when on the bike, the mudguard completely obliterated itself at 70mph, the paint looks like cartoon colour paint and the supposed heat shielding on it are two small sheets of reflective stuff you put behind a radiator in your house. Really the worst buying experience I've ever had, the person that checks quality control must have no eyes and be insanely drunk and have spun round on their computer chair 50 times before slapping a passed sticker on it.
I now have a new set direct from tyga which was a lot cheaper than jap4performance but the same stock and its amazing. Proper fit and amazing colours and made.from really strong stuff not like the flimsy Chinese/Australian inspected body that I had before. Only draw back is you have to drill your own holes to mount the indicators which I did today and is simple enough to do.
Sorry about the rant but don't want someone falling victim and wasting money on the other body work.
Hope this helps!
Chris

thank you for the feedback.
i think what im going to do is ride down to my local altamura shop and see how much it would be to have my original fairings repainted and see if they can also sort the tank dent out and repaint that.
after considering these cheap fairings i think the money would be better spent on buying a right hand mide section fairing off ebay and then getting it all painted.
thanks everyone.

That's the best option
The Chinese fairings would be fine for a track bike though so you don't damage your OE panels
