hi there may be a thread on this i have had a good look but cant find one! i have commented on the diy carb setup but no reply?
has any got a full tyga single can exhaust system? if so what sort or jetting setup are they running? i heard 172front 170 rear is one recommendation?

also anyone used the hrc replica carb setup? with 1mm washers and hrc needles and emulsifying jets? and the 2.5mm drilled hole in the diaphragms? what sort of throttle response are you getting if so?

i think ricky(porn dog ) is running a full system, dont know about his jetting though.

172 jets! where did you pick that number from? even full on HRC race bikes run 150's.

As for jetting for a full system just go up one size from stock, id probably start at 124/122 and work down, as for the drilling of the slides and needle washers have a read through the carb setup guide.
The HRC carb kit is just that, dont bother trying to fit bits of it, its all or nothing and needs intake mods aswell.

I rear it somewhere with regards to 170 jets thought it was a bit extreme... Thanks for the advice by the way what sort of induction mods are you talking about would it by with regards to air filters or bigger airbox for example tyga, hrc AirTray? Or ram air I'm looking to go a road/track setup that's why I am interested

I've replied to your query in the carb jetting diy thread.

The nc30 hrc carb kit is designed to be used with no airbox or air filter, not a good idea if you're also using it on the road.
