Hi, can anyone advise me of a good replacement for my scabby old switgear on my nc30. I want to get something newer, like off a cbr or something. It doesnt have to be a straight plug and play swap cuz i dont think id have any problems wiring it up, just need to know if it will fit and can be done. Thanks

The switchgear from nearly any modern bike will do if it has same sized bars and you can get hold of a wiring diagram.

There are no plug and play alternatives as far as I'm aware, all will need rewiring but a worthwhile job in my opinion. The nc30 switchgear is prone to failing with age and looks dated.

Use a honda vtr1000f switch gear, I'm told it goes on with not a lot in terms of mods to the wiring.

Thanks for the responses. Ive been looking on ebay for vtr1000f switchgear but theres only one and its a bit expensive. Ive spotted a couple cheap ones from 2003 cbr600rr's. Would they do?

Managed to source myself switchgear from a 2003 cbr600rr. Just need to get a a wiring diagram now. Can anyone on here sort me out? Thanks
