For the second time today my end can/link pipe came off the rear pipe, its a tight fit and clamped but obviosly not tight or clamped enough.

Any suggestions as to how to keep it sealed up tight?

I think someone mentioned silicone sealant on a thread before but searching for the post hasn't come up with anything
