Streetfighter NC35?

Has anyone done a streetfightered NC35? I haven't found any threads about it. I'm really just wondering if anyone would know if there was a compatible headlight/instrument brake I could use to mount a headlight without the fairings.

The current instrument bracket has no mount for a headlight because they bolt straight to the nose cone. I could always get a headlight bracket machined up and then welded to the standard instrument bracket and cut off the protruding nose cone mount, but I was hoping for something a bit more simple.

I was thinking something from a VTR or from one of the CB's. Anyone got any ideas?

Any basic metal fab place should be able to tig you up a bracket to mount headlights and a dash too. Just get the headlights you want and measure it up from there should cost less then $100.

Rear jack up plate, vertical aligned headlight. Tidy the wiring.

When the fairing was off mine i thought it would look really cool but couldn't bring myself to ruin a beautiful design classic
Fair enough on sonething there is an abundance of such as a zx6, but do not ruin an NC!

Some bikes look good fighered (carb blade, GSXR1100) and some look bad (nc30, nc29).

I like fighters but, don't do it.

Dont do it to a straight one! Street fighter used to mean crashed it and cant afford to fix it, sell it and buy a cosmeticaly damaged one to do it to. That way your saving one-not sacrificing one!

I think you can give it a try.Check my nc30 streetfighter http://s1196.photobucket.com/albums/aa4 ... 0111-1.jpg .You will need a lot of work if you want to make something good. You can always turn it back to normal if you don't like it.If you have a plan in your mind give it a try ;) .
