Engine rattle + rev range Help.
Fired the bike up after carb rebuild. Got a rattle on the right side of the engine.... Only when bike is on its stand. Take off stand and sit up right noise goes. Its not low on oil or anything.
Cam chain perhaps???
Secondly i when i fired it up it needs a squirt of easy start the will fire off the button. No air filter were in at the time but the bike not rev correctly . It will idle ok but rev up and it is as if it hits a flat spot. Hessitate abit the noise form exhaust changes . But only revved it up to about 5 or 6k havent tried going further.
Any ideas???

Re: Engine rattle + rev range Help.
Does it rattle every time you start it As easy start tends to make engines rattle a bit.

Re: Engine rattle + rev range Help.
rev range sorted as soon as air filter wenty back in.
engine rattle turned out to be a loose bolt rattling against exhaust manifold hahah
Thanks anyway.
