Rick Oliver Radiators

I've recently bagged myself a set of these from Mr France, and have had a go at fitting them. Everything's hunky dorey, apart from the bottom mount for the lower radiator not lining up. The mounting arm/bracket/thing is about 20mm too short to reach the radiator mount. I appreciate they're larger capacity and all, but I was under the impression they were a direct fit. Am I possibly doing something wrong or is this normal? I'm not adverse to the idea of knocking up a new mounting arm if needed.

Yep, that was gonna be my next step. I had a better look at them in the daylight and I still can't see anything obviously wrong. I'm using a fan bracket RCV4 made for me, and I'm wondering if the fact it's based on an NC35 one has anything to do with this. I managed to get everything together today but it's a real squeeze. I had to force everything together more than I'd like. I'll get some pictures up as soon as possible.

Wasn't a TSR Steve, it was a JHA. I actually sold it on here when I started pimping out the 'Blade. The system and RVF rear went towards an Ohlins rear :D

This is them fitted to the bike,

There was a set of them fitted to an NC30 reviewed by a bike mag I forget the name of. I know because the magazine page is on my wall at home!
