when i put it into first or second and let the clutch out and bring the power on i hear like a clicking sound coming from below somewhere i kinda feel a knock in my feet through the pegs, it sounds like the engine moving back and knocking off the frame or something in my imagination but any of you lads ave any ideas?? i tightened the chain two weeks ago and have only noticed it recently, it doesn happen all the time only the odd time like one day i could take the bike out and id hear/feel nothing. any thoughts??

The fact that the noise has only recently started after you adjusted your chain suggests you may have a tight spot on the chain and you may have to find the tight spot and adjust the chain at the tight spot not at the slackest point of the chain hope this helps rick

i might try greasing it up see if that helps but the chain is quite rattly so could one of the links be fooked?? might just chain the whole thing up i want to improve the acceleration so a new chain and sproket wouldn hurt

If it's not the chain it may be the clutch, worn baskets can cause judder as well as warped plates I believe.

I have the same issue. Its defo not the chain, since i had my chain replaced 2 weeks ago.
this issue has me kind of worried though. it seems to be eminating from the clutch and the "clunk" is quite significant but not constant..
