Just a quick question, are NC23 and NC29 rearsets the same? I can only find for sale, rearsets for the NC29 and was wondering whether they could be fitted to an NC23 and what (if any) differences there are.

From what I understand the NC29 and NC23 rearsets are not interchangeable due to the mounting holes being a different distance apart. But having said that I've never had a set of NC29 rearsets in front of me to confirm for myself. But if you check rearset suppliers part numbers they will be different between these models but the same for others that are known to be interchangeable.

Now that I think of it on the old forum this came up due to the Yoshi copies that were on eBay being listed as NC23 and NC29 and the answer was... they aren't interchangeable.

As for suppliers, I think GF does them and I know that Beet do/ did.

Somebody selling a pair of NC29 rearsets on Ebay has just measured the bolt spacing for me and they are indeed different to those fitted to the NC23.

Bolt spacing is 79mm for the NC29 compared to 85mm on the NC23.

I did not think they were interchangeable - and the spacing is different - so definately not!

We make them - both NC23 and NC29 - HRC replica style with 3 position Quick action gear lever - as used on our championship winning bikes. (CNC made BTW)

£200 the set complete with all bolts / rose joints etc inc VAT - UK delivery £8.

Just a quick update on this, I got a set of rearsets for my NC23 from Race Supplies Direct. They are excellent and very well priced.
