Fitting tyga rearsets
Hi need some guidance please,
Bought these second hand and thinking a bit might be missing, on the rear brake there is no provision for a spring to make the rear brake return, I'm pretty sure there should be but on these ones there is nothing, can someone post a pic up of their right hand rearsets please so I can see if I'm being thick or if I'm missing a bit!!
Thanks

Re: Fitting tyga rearsets
I have no spring on my tyga rear sets, non of the race ones come with or need one really, you don't have a spring on front brake lever.28hodge wrote:Hi need some guidance please,

Re: Fitting tyga rearsets

No spring on mine. The level returns without the need of a spring. IIRC wasn't the spring just for the plunger for the rear brake light?

Thanks Alex,
That's ok then, if it's not meant to have have one then that's that sorted, wasn't sure if you needed a spring return to pass scrutinering as you do in motox!

Re: Fitting tyga rearsets
Yeah, the spring is the just to activate the brake light when you're using the rear brake, the pressure inside the master cylinder should return the lever back to the original position when you take pressure off of the lever.
