Fuelling Fun.... not (dyno vid n graph inc)

Had my bike on the dyno again with the new engine, produced on a mere 53bhp compared to the 69 I had prev :(

Anyway as you can tell from the graph below my fuelling is all over the place, I have improved it a fair bit today but had ran out of time at college.

my current settings are 115 mains, and clip on needle is at its lowest setting. I have been advised to put 110 mains in and raise the need further more ( :O wow) witch I can because of the dyno kit I got.

Pulls alot better then before anyway.
Blue is old engine red is new

53 hp is bang on if its a 93 onward motor.
Ragged top end will clear up once the mains are lowered, mine was just the same when first built and i think its now on 105's.

I no very little about AF's and leave it to the dyno operator.
From what ive read high number is weak, low rich tho i may be completely wrong.
If so first run was closer and looks to need the needles lifting to help the middle, rich bottom could be sorted by leaning off the float height, do you agree?
Maybe someone with dyno knowledge (Kev) will read this and give a definitive answer.

only prob needle is already lifted to max + a spacer, really dont want to put another spacer in there, yes i agree with the float heights, never been good at that at all because you have to measuer them when the carbs are at like 45 degree angle.

I sent a e-mail to sigma 6 racing and they sent me alot of good tips to help me so will get on that, they said they will help me to sort it and set jets free of charge so pretty win, gonna try 117.5 mains in next

Might be taking my old Bandit 600 on dyno next week though untill I get the stuff from the USA

Think its possible to richen the mid by upping the needle jet or in the case of the gsxr the emulsion tube.
Gk76a is 0.5 so you could try some GK73a or bandit4 which are 0.8's.
The 0.8's are used on quite a few suzi,s. so theres a good chance your bandit6 ones would work.
