Right chaps this is my effort at building a rep of phil mccallen's Honda Britain 1992 NC30, why this particular bike? well i just so happened to stumble across 1 of phils old engines that he used in 92 and possibly 93 so i thought id do it justice and return it to its former glory.
This is the culprit complete with battle scars

Built by Tony Scott from a brand new motor, it may look like a RVF engine but its a VFR with the paint stripped off. It also has a few nice toys inside

Photos of phils 92 NC30 are a little hard to come by but its basically the same as his RC30 in terms of the colour scheme

I have some video footage of the NC and the only difference that i can see is that it has blue number boards as did all the 400's in the race.
So the HRC TT-F3 manual has been out getting a good read and the HRC mods have started, first up is the frame,
Before:

After:

Before:

After:

The sidestand mounts are meant to come off aswell but i'll be keeping those.....for now
The undertray and chainguard also got the HRC treatment

The top yoke, rear subframe and sprocket cover also got attacked with the angle grinder but there off being bead blasted along with a box or 2 of other parts.
Doesnt look like much but heres £130 worth of bearings and seals for the frame and suspension to get me started once all the bits arrive back from blasting and coating
