Ye, Rick always seems to work out well on price and doesn't sell rubbish stuff either. Standard air filter apparently produces best results.

For oil, I use Castrol Power 1 which was cheapest on ebay and Opie Oils last time I checked, but I'm sure everyone will agree that when it comes to oil and any other service items, buy the best you can get.

I use silkolene super4 10/40w semi synth oil with a genuine filter and a tool from a chap on ebay for about £30,
plugs can be picked up from around £7.50 each also on ebay
rick'O or david silvers for a genuine air filter
Rock oil complete kool coolant about £20 for 5ltr
Rock oil dot4 brake fluid 500ml about £6
i change my oil, oil filter and coolant every 12months not sure how often to change the air filter though, my current one is 2 years old just about ,
