Hi Lads/Lasses
New to the forum, just got myself a nc23, and going to ask probably the most common question going, What wheel can I throw in to the rear to get rid of the stupid 18Inch wheel, is there one that will include the sprocket carrier and disk,, or do they need playing about with spacers, I am a member of other bike forums for my ZX7R, and am mechanically minded,, just cant seem to find a search option on this site to search prevouse threads for the info I need, so please bare with me guys if im asking old and common questions....

NC29 is a bit fiddly to fit and you may have to file the caliper to stop rubbing but I have done that to my 23's

Cheers Miki, is it the actual caliper body that you file down to stop the rub, i take it there is no room for a 0.5 or 1.0 spacer to prevent it

i think what miki means is,on the inside of the nc23's rear caliper mount you will see a couple of raised bumps in the casting...file them smooth,as the disc can hit on them when trying to fit the wheel...which makes a simple job difficult grrrr

As has been said - the NC29 is a common swap. Ebay is your friend.

I used a MC21 NSR rear on mine because its lighter then the NC29 wheel, only thing ive found is that its harder to find a rear disc for the MC21 wheel (3 bolt pattern) compared to the NC29s 4 bolt pattern that is easy to find all sorts of rear discs for even the wavey type if thats your fancy.

Hi,
what are your plans for the panels? If they are any good it could be worth selling them. What colour scheme is it?
Also, and probably more importantly for everything you are planning to do, what sort of nc23 is it? hopefully its a triarm and not an aero.
For tuning etc, Graham France is the man to talk to.
Cheers
