hi hi !
the internet has many a sprayer, but can any one recommend one ? They all seem good, but we've all pay for something thinking it would be good, and it turned out to be poo. And a spray isnt cheap, what happens if it turns out really bad ? It could be quite a costly mistake, and I have to be reminded of it every time I look at her. I sound like one of my exs
I have searched, found that Lucky Strike bike, so Dreambike seem to be good.
Bike is an NC30,not that that should make any difference, should it ? Just need someone who takes care and will give her the make over she deserves.
PS. anyone suggest xivlia and his spray cans gets a

no offence pet

depends what your willing to spend , i belive alex (lucky strike) paid 4 figures for the paint job , and it looks worth every penny but most people cant stretch to that for paint alone, i wish i could, but funds wont allow right now so im taking an easy option and getting my tank and panels wrapped , once done ill put a little aside each week till i can afford a decent paint job,
Race rep vinyl £80ish plus wrapping £120 plus a few quid on top for my mate to do it (owns prowrap uk), should look good for a fraction of a decent paint job, plus a little heat gun and it will all come off ready to paint next year, lots of options out there really all comes down to budget

^ I'd be interested to see pics of your bike when done

I was thinking of getting some work done for my track bike.

well the downside of getting a mate to do it for pennys is that you have to wait till a free slot comes along , the bike will be going to the workshop in the next week for sure as ive just paid for all the wrap so im waiting on a van to transport the bike, (hopefully one day early next week work will start)
wrapping however will never look as nice as paint, even with the hi-gloss wrap it wont have that deep rich sheen that a puka paint job will have, but i can live with that , just want the bike on the road asap , not missing another summer because of paint

I'd recommend Bodyworks in St Just - Cornwall.
They did a fantastic job on my bike and I'm going to be using them again soon.
Their number is 01736 788618 I think! A quick google will confirm it tho!

Wrapped ? in sticky back plastic ? can you do that ? reminds me of Blue Peter.... heehee, sorry

Smev - thanks, that the kind of thing Im after. Are they going to do your Mister Donut design ? mmmm donuts

I could combine a paint job with a bit of a holiday

that looks quite good, Im not too keen on that faux carbon stick on stuff, but that looks neatly done.
