NC30 anyone not running a rad fan on a road bike?

OK, so I just fitted a Hyperform exhaust system which has meant I have had to remove the fan from the lower rad. I've not ran the bike yet but am predicting its going to get hot. In its current state, there is no room for a slim fan behind the rad.
Anyone else got a similar thing going on?

I don't run one, but also have the larger Rick O rads which cope well with the extra heat - as long as you keep moving!

thanks

whats a half height filter?
as a temp measure, do you think a slim ie 20mm x 200mm, 12v pc fan on outside of rad would do much good?

oil filter from an FZ600s is half the height of the standard one and so if space is at a premium you can possibly squeeze the fan in?
if you are doing a lot of town riding a fan could be useful

I'm off to the TT on it and you can be sat a while if the mountain gets closed. I also live in York which is a nightmare at times. Think I'm gonna trial a slim PC fan

unless you move the radiator, a fan won't fit. this is because the front downpipes go straight forward and under unlike a tyga system which go out around the fan then under. photo on site below

I never used one - this is my old one Kris - I used it on the race bike only and so never had a fan anyways

Yeah I knew it would be tight, just ordered a full hiperform system should be here in a few weeks.
