A mate is in need of a Head Nut for a 3TJ (double length 9mm diameter stud, M1.25 pitch) if you have one you could donate let me know

Sorry but could you be a bit more specific, I know i know I need pictures . I have loads of nuts etc from where I stripped my sons old 600 engine down. I am sure I'll have the necessary for your mate.

I don't really have a picture cos it's for a mate .... but maybe you've got one that's been put back on the stud ???

I was taking the rise out of myself concerning pictures mate. But I'm still non the wiser in what your mate requires so what I'll do in the morning, when it's light, is dig a selection of the old bolts nuts and what have you out. If you pm me his address I'll stick em in the post to him. If he is okay with that of course.

From his description it should be a 13mm socket size flanged nut and double the length of a standard one. He's in Australia so post it to me :)

Exactly what do you mean by a head nut? Is it a nut in the true sense or a flanged hex head bolt? Is it for the head itself or the rocker cover?

I've got a crate full of engine bolts from various FZRs, YZFs, etc.

I think these are the ones.





Unfortunately I didn't get any spares with the head else I'd of sent one over.
