None will fit without brackets. Non-radial RSV or Ducati's will fit with Rick Oliver brackets. You will also need new brake lines too. The gold ones are from a 996 I think and the red ones are Aprilia ones.

Nowt wrong with properly serviced Nissins IMO. More than adequate for a road-going 400. I'd save the money rather than waste it on braking performance you won't need.

I'd actually disagree with that. Brakes are a big factor in a bikes performance. Not an immediate thing to upgrade I agree, things like a bike service would be first, but better brakes/stronger brakes are a cheap upgrade and results are immediate. I even upgraded the calipers on my 'Blade to the newer monoblocks and even on a radially mounted set of calipers, the mono's are much better than originals, like so,

Hi stedo,
back on this topic....possibilities for Brembo calipers on RVF forks....Yes, there are possibilities but these options require a bracket to allow different mounting positions of the brembo calipers (upgrades brake performance but be aware this will cost a bit more as most probably you will also require different brakes hoses, pads, mastercylinder etc.).
Here sample of brackets you can get (allow 40mm brembo calipers fitment on RVF forks)...
Here is another (custom billet brackets) sample...

Wouldn't bother TBH. The stock Nissins with braided lines and sintered pads work great. Unless you're a professional, you won't be able to utilize the better performance from the Brembos, the Nissins will do everything you need and more.

i agree ive had nc30 track bike and now have a nc35 track bike, you hardly use the brakes on the road compared to the track so why bother unless you want to be different or add some bling to the bike, just fit good pads and lines to the oe system and you will have more than enough braking.
