i am actually really pleased with the outcome.. this is my first time painting a fairing. and i thought i was totally going to mess up the black/ orange in the front nose piece. but turns out i did well :)

You've ruined them, they were professionally painted in 2 pack with absolutely stunning finish. But hey, you paid your money so do what you like with them.

each to their own man, im not really fond of the yellow colour. im going for a repsol orange and black colour scheme, i really like it :) i may not be a professional, but id rather do it my own rather than pay 500 odd quid :P

updates on the progress of the paint job... now front and sides are on the bike, i still need to fill in some areas on the black sides and clean them up as i didnt cover them up and some orange and primer got on to it. and i need to prime and paint the tank to orange. and ive recently just got my k-con tail unit, which i will also be painting to orange/black but will not be able to put that on the bike yet as i need an undertray and a rear light.

and here is the tail unit, i know its k-con and its not good quality, but its far cheaper! and im on a tight budget!

only ever seen pics of that bike and although not a fan of yellow mself thought it worked really well with the mito tail sad to see it broken for parts it was arguably amongst the most trick bikes on here at the time.
