I'm struggling to find anyone to paint my wheels at a reasonable price.

Initially quoted £120 a wheel FFS! Then I found someone quoting £65 a wheel, however he now wants extra for prep/blasting etc.

From previous posts on this subject it seems a bit steep.

Anyone got any suggestions on where to get them done in the North Hampshire or South Surrey area? Two pack rather than powder coated for preferance.

If you want two pack rather than powder coating, anyone with a spray gun can do it. afaik powder coating is better durability wise though.

its pretty easy to do it yourself mate, i did mine with spray cans and the results were as good as a spray shop and cost me ten times less.
If you were any were near lancashire i would of told you what you would need to buy for the job and got you to drop them off at mine and i would of done them for you for £30 labour

Seriously though mate its a piece of piss, if you have never sprayed before practice on some scrap metal

They do high quality work, but may not be cheap, worth a try though.

Do what petrolhead says and grab yourself some spray cans, a roll of masking tape and some newspaper.

Easy stuff and cheap if you do it yourself.

its a piece of cake and a hell of a lot cheaper spraying your wheels your self £15 a wheel , and like most things prep is your friend as better the prep better the finish and plus use heavy duty lacquer as this stuff is very hard wearing and dosnt chip very easily ,

Will be more than happy matey :D, to get tires off i take the wheels to the college i went to and get my old tutor to let me use the machine :) lol

id rather spend out a bit more and have something that will last me years, not like youd get from spray cans. finish can be decent but wont last long and you ll have to do them all over again in no time. do it once and do it right . my 2p

you honestly should be able to get each wheel preped and painted for no more than 50 quid each imo. even cheaper if you prep yourself.
