NC30?

If you've not done the high beam relay mod then it could of melted inside and you'll need a new unit.

AS above.. sounds like switch is melted.

If you put normal H4 headlamps into the bike (60/55w) they will melt a Japanese bikes switch gear

Are your headlights aimed properly and clean?

I have standard 35/60w H4R bulbs and the low-beam is fine?

i had that problem.

its a simple fix, but it relapses sometimes.

you could install an external on-off switch for convenience sake!
