Best Performance mod for NC30

Hi guys,
I'm looking to fettle my NC30 a little for track days along with my road riding and was wondering what everyone thinks is the best way to improve performance? My bike is currently standard apart from aftermarket shock and upgraded fork internals. I'm new to the NC30 having previously had an FZR400 and would appreciate your thoughts.
Cheers,
Paul.

hi. this gets asked all the time, and everytime to general reply is suspension. Get a proper rear shock, and rick oliver fork kit and fresh tyres = loads of fun

Assuming your suspension is sorted from the aftermarket shock and fork internals then the usual route is a exhaust system, prefably full but half system will do, dyno time to sort the fueling then go enjoy. Getting more power from the engine gets expensive from then on.

Got a good quality shock built to order and sent the front off to MCT Suspension for the front upgrading to my weight, riding style, use etc and then a full set up too. I must say this has made a fantastic difference, night and day really. I'd already put new tyres on too.
A full system could be on the cards as and when I can find one. Would this require the carb jets altering? I think I know the answer but want to check. Also once I get a full system would you take it to be dyno'd after altering jetting or take it for dyno and let them re jet etc?
Loads of questions I know but I don't want to cock it up doing half a job!
Cheers again,
Paul.

You could get the jetting good enough by reading through cammo's carb guide in the workshop section and doing it yourself but a dyno session after wouldnt hurt, try and find a dyno place that knows V4's, where abouts are you?

Rim tape! Nice one, must get me some
I'm in East Yorkshire and the nearest place is Dynobike at Malton I think. I'll have a look through the carb guide too, but is there a stock jet size needed with a full system or would it very much depend on what system is fitted?
