im building a bike from the ground up/in parts and have the yolks ready 2 go on but where dose the little plastic/rubber washer go??? dose it go above the 2 castle nuts or in between them or wot etc...?

bike is a 3TJ model.

The rubber ring goes between the two notched ring nuts and there should be a large washer with two tabs that locks the rwo ring nuts together.

The initial torque for tightening the ring nut is 38nm, slacken off the nut and re-torque to 6nm.
