Anybody tried a quarter turn, or similar? My standard throttle feels like i have to dislocate my shoulder to get it fully open, so thinking of a Rick Oliver HRC 1/5 turn throttle.
Pros and cons please?

I use ricks HRC throttle and i find it perfect, its not as quick action as some QA throttles ive had but thats not a bad thing.

I messed with the throttle on my old T595 as I had the same feeling. It was really quite a lot better, in fact I couldn't think of any disadvantage to doing it. I was able to just change the original throttle tube out for a bigger one from a later model.
Is there any chance that you could do the same as I did and just swap out the pivot tube?

Thanks guys. I'm liking the potential cheap version of switching throttle pivot tubes, but the HRC one is not too expensive. I'll have a chat with my bank account on payday and see what I can do :)

My VFR has 1/6 turn throttle. Don't where it came from, was on there when the bike came from Japan as were some other funny bits
