To be fair i'm having a bit of a windge here but:-

My NC30 came with the font pipes off an NC35 and these pipes are terminated with the 3 bolt flange for attaching the silencer.
An oval silencer made by Fuel was attached (bodged) to the 3 bolt connector with a 65mm to 50mm slip on adapter.
I can't cut the NC35 front pipe to accomodate the slip on silencer because there is just not enough straight pipe to slip it on. So i aquired a standard NC35 silencer and bolted it on.
Now i find, because my bike is fitted with an early Tyga rear subframe, that the exhaust hanger is not long enough....grrrr. So now i'm off to B&Q to buy some aluminium straps to make a custom exhaust hanger.
Feel a bit p'eed off seeing as i was trying to remedy one bodged job and now i'm sort of going to have to do, what i consider, a bodge job myself.
Anyway, the oval Fuel silencer will be for sale shortly, and once sold, i'll be looking for an aftermarket 3 bolt silencer.
Someone did suggest using the Tyga exhaust hanger but i found out that Tyga never actually made a hanger that accomodates the standard NC30/NC35 exhaust...tut

The hangers TYGA make are copys of the original items made by Honda and fit perfectly with a standard system to mount to a RC211V seat unit new or old style. I have never come across one that does not fit unless the kit has not been fitted correctly or some one has bought a cheap copy of the subframe from a seller on ebay (had to complain about him many times)

Photos of the bike and problem may help determine what the problem is and where it lies

Is it all straight? If it's been dropped over you might have a bent / twisted subframe.

I've made a hanger out of two straps of aluminium now. Looks pretty good actually and i think it matches the overall style of the bike with the tyga kit now.
I've put the bike back together now but i do have a photo of the bike,which i'll post here, from before i changed the silencer to an NC35 one.
I thought the Tyga seat subframe sat at a steeper angle compared to the factory fitted one?
If it does then this would be why the standard hanger doesn't reach the gap anymore.
Also, the subframe on my bike doesn't look like the ones on the tyga website (unless it's a Jap version or earlier version). My subframe has a plate across the rear top surface which the reg/rec and cdi unit are fixed to.

Also having problems with the connector/joint on the left hand front (as you sit on the bike). This connector goes to the light/horn/indicator/cooling fan.
I lost my lights a few weeks ago and traced the fault to that connector.
Today when i put the bike back together my indicators syopped working , and again i traced the fault to the same connector. I don't think the rad fan is working now either so i'm going to have the front fairing off and sort that troublesome connector once and for all.
The wires that go to that connector seem to sit awfully close to the rad pipe on that side.
I think moving the loom to a cooler place might stop further problems.

Ok ...well the subframe you have in your picture is identical to the one on my bike.
The exhaust hanger is at the wrong angle in my photo because it was fixed with one bolt only and swiveled to the rear so that it would attach to bodged on silencer.

Looking at the pics on the links you posted and comparing them to my pictures, i can't see why the original hanger i have doesn't reach. Maybe i have the wrong hanger on my bike.
If i come across another NC30/35 in the flesh, i'll make a point of measuring for any differences.

try moving the clamp ove rthe silencer either up or down the silencer body.

You can't move the clamp on the standard NC35 silencer because it's welded on.
