as you guys know i recently bought a nc30 so i have begun to get it upto date and up and running ok, so full service, found only rear plugs had been changed fronts in bad nick just old, front HT leads don't clip on to plugs, next valve clearances, which are bang on, change all fluids, nice rust colour coolant, old brake fluid changed not helped by partly drilled front resovior screws, oil and filter oil like tar and very low. fitted new chain and sprockets, gone through wiring loom sorted any bodges like cut ignition loom wires just twisted together!! and removed stupid alarm that wood only disarm when it wanted to,
clean all block connetors and tighten female spades, fill blocks with vasalean, replace wiring to reg/rec new 1 fitted but melted block left in place. next is the carbs due the mods in the carb post, have sorted clutch basket fingers were grooved, nice and smooth now. anyhows will keep you upto date and post pictures when she's back on 1 piece.
