What ecu thingy is this

Got this fitted to my other nc , i asked the chap that i bought it from what make it was and he wasnt sure.
I assumed that it would be an ignitech but he said it wasnt .

Looks like a ignitech to me, plug it in and see if it connects

dont have any of the connections for it , didnt want to buy any only to find out there wrong

+1 ignitech,
youll need a usb - serial lead there about £2 on ebay,
i have all the software and maps ready to email if needed marcus.

sounds good, not sure if its worth fitting after reading the recent posts about them.

For a stock bike I don't see any major benefits in buying one?
If you wanted to start moving the pickups and playing with igition timings and altering camshafts then this could help you get a good setup.
But if your bike is stock apart from carbs and jets then the stock ignition box is going to be fine for most people and peak power is made below the original 14500rpm limit anyhow which is what most people seem to do with this unit.

so having the gsxr flywhhel and tsr's wouldnt benifit from it?
