Spark Plug Torque

Anyone know this exactly?? (Would the torque from a early R1 be ok?)

if they're new you just need to flatten the crush washer - so do them up till you feel resistance then 1/2 a turn more

they shouldnt be stiff. Use some copper grease and be careful not to cross thread them.
