Okay ive been searching EVERYWHERE in my town for some 0.5mm washers..the smallest i could find was 5mm....even in halfords and b&q, wickes etc there is none...i looked on ebay, and there are 7mmx0.5mm...im not sure if those are the ones im looking for...i need them for carb rejetting. and i wanna add extra 0.5mm washer on to the needle but i cannot find any...anyone know where i can find some?

Sorry but are you aware that they are talking about thickness and not overall diameter???

5mm washers don't exist, that is a spacer.

Try Clas Ohlson (http://www.clasohlson.co.uk) ... it's where I get most of my washers from and I know they do some at 0.5mm thickness 'cos I checked when I serviced my carbs.
