I did have some goodridge brake hoses on my nc35 but i was not very happy with them as they are not gel coated and had eaten into my mudguard so i went and brought some hel hoses with are gel coated, and all the bolts are stainless steel not chrome plated like the goodridge ones, So if anyone is looking to buy some braided hoses i think the hel ones are 10 time better than the goodridge hoses.

Bought a few sets now for various bikes, and while there isn't much in it, I have found Goodridge to be better quality than HEL.

My bike is a CBR400 (blasphemy in the V4 section!) but I bought some cobra lines for it, all banjos and bolts etc are SS and they were cheaper than goodridge and HEL and seem great quality, also the rubber grommets have HEL printed on them, so I assume they use (some) parts manufactured by HEL.

I got Earl's hoses all round for my NC21, with standard zinc plated bolts, and I'm really pleased with them. Custom made, too.
