Hey, I'm definately not a mechanic, nor the wisest with NC30's, but I was wondering if there was a quick way to adjust the gearing? Does it require a complete swap out?

Quickest and cheapest way is to fit a -1 tooth front sprocket which is roughly the same as +3 on the rear
