Thats the Water Pump cover. I take it you mean the extensions out of the cover that the hose attach's to? If so that will be a no. The cover is a single part. I would imagine its moulded in some how, but I've never had this one apart.

At a guess you've snapped one of them, you might be able to fix it somehow with resin or welding (though I'm not sure of the material) but your better off getting a replacement cover from a breakers.
