Hi all I'm a noobie , recently purchased a gk76a , 1992 rn model,
It had no cdi so have got one from china but it is a 10 pin 2 plug and I needed
A 12 pin single plug,located one off a 1991 machine but it was an sp , can anyone
Tell me if this is suitable for the en model thanks

The single plug is the SP model, so that's probably the one you're looking for.

i have got the single plug sp cdi ,but i have the rn model does that sound like some one might have changed the wiring harness ? would that work?? Tried to start it at the weekend but no spark, is there a way of testing a cdi??

Hi, as said, as far as i know the 12 pin is sp and the non sp are twin plug. Im sure stripes can test them or you could send it over to me and i can plug it in my bandit4VVC and see if it works as ive got one and they run but the VVC stays on hi cam.
