Guys,

Right read cammos guide but.... just some answers needed.

Problem is I seem to get the bike hodling back mid range 5-6kish and when i blip throttle say in neutral it often bogs down like its starved or something.

I have just checked the jets and they are Front 115 and rear 118 all standard from what i can see...

I have gone for 118front and 120Rear and bought the spacers for the needles and am debating drilling the holes to 2.5ml too.

this all sound like im doing the right things?

Bike is a 91 and has a Art race can on the back quite loud!

dont drill just yet. its not a perfect upgrade for everyone - and there is no going back - unless you buy new ones of course.

Yes don't drill yet, rick oliver needles are what you want. I'm not saying you can't smooth that flat spot out with the kit you have but I really can't recomend these needles enough.

^ agree with these 2 reprobates...

The bikes are all different and regardless of how cool Cammo's guise actually is it does not give the answers.

Don't drill, run it at is stands and get a dyno run. See jetblack's thread about it.

Cheers guys, ill do all but the drilling and then see where I am at, Worth fitting the extra 0.5m shims to the standard needles?

it can help but if your carb rubbers are good and you enjoy a fiddle, try it without first and then try it with.
i found it helped one bike and made the other too rich. i think valve clearances and how they are set can have an impact on fueling and feeling too slightly.
