Pfftt that aint a trip, you should have come to spain with us earlier in the year. i found my RVF comfier than the 600RR i had used a few times before for any distance.

Hi Phil,
What is the tankbag you're using? Any tips on what brand/type is best for long trips on the NCs?
And the yellow bag on the pillion seat certainly beats a backpack!

It's just an Oxford 1st time tank bag but I reckon most tank bags will be fine on the '30 as it's got a nice flat top to the tank.
The rear bag is an Ortlieb 'Rack Pack' it's about 100ltr, totally waterproof & can easily hold all my camping/clothing for a weeks' trip. It's mounted on this as I don't want it scratching my paint
