Fork oil

Hi all, can anyone advise the amount required for the fork oil in a 1992 CB400 sf ?

I have 499cc in my 1992sf-- works fine.

Just wondering what tools are needed for the CB400SF front suspension?
I'll be changing seals and oil soon.
