bogging down when you try to blip throttle :(

Right so passed my test bike back together and fueled for MOT tomorrow morning, bike rides but if open the throttle it kind of dies on acceleration, and in neutral if you blip it it dies.
Any ideas got to sort this tonight

well i gave it a good warm up and a bit of a clear our must have just been where it had not run for a long time (not been on road in years)
