hi guys. My mate has a zxr and is having problems changing the headstock bearings. Anyone done it? Biggest issue is Getting the lower bearing to the bottom of the stem. Any tips folks? Thanks

find a piece of tube about 10-12in long that fits over the stem,nice fit,slide the bearing over the stem and tap down,
using tube and hammer.
