hi there all,

i have just bought a 1994 NC35 as a little run around but have a question may sond silly. The clocks are still i kilometres currently but i have a kmh to mph converter to fit later today but i was wondering if the motorcycle is restricted via the clocks like a nc30, it just seems a little gutless and it will only do about 115-120mph?

if anyone could give any advice it would be helpful, i will upload pics later

restricted in the same way. if it pulls well and almost feels like its hitting a wall then yes the 112 mph limit is still in situ (search on cutting the speedo disc away)
if it struggles to get up to 110, then it may have been 33bhp restricted by using the washers inside the inlet rubbers, so carb off job. are you sure its not performing properly ? if come from a bigger bike then the deceptive torque curve can make it feel a bit slow sometimes. or have you piled on the pounds since owning your last 400

right well i was thinking the kmh to mph converter to sort the issue or should i just take the little pin out of the clocks mate?
yes it does feel sluggish but more than i feel it should i have it in the workshop in bits tomorrow if i get time to check, and funy you should say that but i have actually lost weight since i last had a 400
