Hi all i started my bike today and petrol was running out turn the tap to off and it stopped. Went to put it back to on and when i moved it petrol came out where the tap goes in to the metal bit is there a o ring or sumthing in it. Can it be repaired or do i need a new one. Thanks all

O ring needed but tip the tank, remove the tap, clean the o ring and re tighten, it might work. Try a smidge of Vaseline on the o ring till you get a new one, it also might help.

I had the same issue with a different bike several years back and replaced the rubber washer. After 7 years its never sprung another leak, easy fix and took 15 mins. Good luck
