I bought one recently and I'm yet to use it. Will give it a go this weekend. I've been recommended this method before and it is effective....apparently.
In hindsight, I would've gone down to the local pharmacists and bought a syringe there. Can't believe I spent a fiver on a bloody syringe.

Yeah they work ok, if you bleed a lot of brakes tho a mitivac is what you want.

What the pissed up primate says... bleeding in reverse is no easier than doing it properly..

Getting a helping hand is the key IMO

Mitivac's are great for 1 man use too, i can drain, change the lines and bleed in probably under 10 mins with one.

Mitivacs seem bloody expensive for a once every two years job though

I bleed my brakes probably twice a year...fluid is cheap and it makes a difference!

Comes in bloody handy when i had 4 bikes on the go tho plus doing everyone elses, its one of them tools you dont really need but once you've used one theres no going back. I wouldnt be without it now.
