i was planning on taking my 23 swingarm for powdercoating today along with the suspension linkage to fit that i cannot source anywhere the suspension linkage bearings, the pivot style of bearing..
would it be easier to just remove it from the swingarm and not have it powdercoated and just clean it up and spray myself with a as it would be unnoticed anyway?

Dude, did this need 3 new threads ?
Remove the linkage from the swingarm. You would have to give it to the coater separately in any case. They are usually quite easy to clean up, I wouldn't paint it at all, if it cleans up OK.

not good, an extension on your ratchet..... like a piece of scaffold pipe and even more WD40 ! Thats about as much as my experience of getting stubborn nuts/bolts off. Heating it up would prob do it too.

Then what I would do is get another arm, and have that coated instead. They go ridiculously cheap.
You CANNOT have the arm coated with the linkage in. The arm must be heated to apply the powder coat. When you heat it, the grease will melt and run all over it and the powder coat won't take. IMPOSSIBLE - you must replace it.

i was trying to remove it on a spare swingarm, i then also tried on my current swingarm and neither bolt will undone.
