engine numbers on my bike

last week i posted up a bike i found...gullarm with nc23 frame numbers....i have done hpi and police check comes back clean......so here is the engine numbers....anyone put some light onto the subject.........................nc23 142222....had a look at data base for engine numbers i can't see them running this high..any help????
