Sorry if this topic has arose before!

I am looking to buy a set of tyres for my VFR 400 nc30, I do quite a lot of road riding and have quite an aggressive riding style so I need a tyre that will cope with being lent over.

I also want to do a few track days, but I would expect I should buy two sets, one for road and one for track.

Any advise??

Yer i would also go for the 090's very sticky and feel lovely. I really like the 120/60/17 front too make the bike really handle well. Only drawback with these tyres is they dont last long, great if you use the bike at weekends and trackdays, but for commuting you will burn through these like no tomorrow.
I am guessing you have an 18" rear?

recently got some Michelin Power Pures, tyres are perfect IMO!

I always use an 090 on the front, and to be honest even commuting this lasts a while for me (not trying hard enough? ) and then I have two rear wheels, an 090 and a BT92 that I change between. Usually have the 92 on for commuting and if I want some fun I can pop the 090 on,

I'm very happy with my BT-092s for 36 miles daily commuting.

90s' are a supersports trackday type tyre.. youll kill it if commuting.. fantastic rubber though.

Perhaps the bt92 the 'touring version' which is still excellent will be more up your alley.

Could always start on a bt90 and after a month of it wearing out try a 92 and go from there

I always find that the local tyre shops can get me a tyre in fitted for cheaper than I can buy online / have fitted
