trouble fitting modified dog bone linkage

Hi people
Iv been having trouble fitting a linkage I modified recently to raise the rear ride height up to where id like it so it feels a bit more like my race bike.
the linkage iv used has the hole redrilled 15mm further along the linkage, the issue im having is with the nc30 linkage should I loosen the bolt where the shock mounts the linkage and re-do at a different angle? to allow for the change in dog bone size?
also im finding the excess material on the end of the dog bone fouls on the standard system, should I just cut this bit off?
cheers guys

15mm is too much Spike, doubt it will fit.
It should be closer to 8mm, perhaps 10mm max (centre-centre measurement from original hole).

Do remember that when rising the back, you change the suspension geometry, particularly the chain tension required. It'll be slack as a 2$ whore at rest, then pull tighter all the way through the suspension stroke.

ok so 15 was a bit optimistic? not to worry il get it re-done
Yeh I know what im doing changing the stuff, iv raced there 400's for 2 years now but each of my racers has had a longer rear shock and I just want the rear ride height to be similar to my racers as they have killler handling.
Cheers

15mm - that'l sharpen the steering up a bit.

Think it might be easier to just buy one from Rick Oliver. That way you know its the correct.

Id love to buy one but all of my $$ goes into racing, im fixing this thing up on the cheep for the moment while I start my placement, its a proven mod just takes a bit of time to get right which I dont mind if its gona be free :)
