Hi, Im about to change the fork seals and the forks arent of the frame im using. Im unsure whether they are standard or SP forks.

Is there a way to tell the difference so i put the correct amount of oil in them?

Also i only brained 250ccm / ml from each fork

SP forks were adjustable iirc... worth waiting for someone to confirm though
